State on oath that, after issuing notice to the plaintiff u/s.
351 of the BMC Act to the plaintiff. The plaintiff has given
his reply alongwith concern documents. Till this date no
speaking order has been passed. The BMC will not take any
coercive action against the plaintiff in respect of the suit
premises till the decision of speaking order. Therefore, the
present suit is hereby disposed of with direction to the
defendant to not take any coercive action against the
plaintiff in respect of the suit property till the decision of
speaking order. Hence, this suit and draft NM is disposed
off accordingly. Draft NM be registered for statistical
purpose.
