2. The defendant shall not act upon the impugned notice till passing of the order and if the order is adverse to the plaintiff then till the expiry of two weeks from the date of communication of such order to the plaintiff.
3. The draft Notice of Motion also stands disposed off and it be registered for statistical purpose.
