ORDER
1. The applicant is son of Mrs. Jessica Lukmani formerly
known a Mrs. Jessica through her earlier marriage with Mrs. Joachim
Shenoy. From 1995 Mrs. Jessica Lukmani, has shown signs of mental
incapacity diagnosed with impaired cognitive functioning with
significant impairment in memory. The applicant wants to take on
record the statement of annual income and expenditure of Mrs. Jessica
Lukmani under Sec. 60 of the Mental Health Act.
2. According to the applicant, this Court has passed the order
dated 10.04.2015 in M.H. Petition NO. 04/2015, for appointing the
applicant as legal guardian.
3. Applicant is heard. The applicant only wants to take
income and expenditure statement on record. No other relief is

claimed. Therefore, it will be proper to allow the prayer and to take the
said statement of account on record without prejudice to the rights of
the parties. Accordingly, I proceed to pass order in following terms.
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. Statement of account be taken on record without prejudice to the
rights of the parties.
