ORDER
1. The defendants by way of present notice of motion seeking
to recall order dated 28.11.2018, by which the agreement for sale dated
2.2.1998 was exhibited as Exh.14 and the defendants wanted to de
exhibit the aforesaid agreement.
2. The Motion is opposed by the plaintiffs. Heard both sides.

3. Admittedly, by the consent of the parties, at the time of
hearing of Motion for condonation of delay in filing present Motion, the
parties were allowed to argue their matter on merits. I have dismissed
the Notice of Motion No.1630/21 for condonation of delay and also
observed that, there is no substance in the present Motion. Hence, in
view of the aforesaid order, the present Motion is also needs to be
dismissed. Thus, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.2825/2019 is dismissed with costs.
2. Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly.
