1. This chamber summons taken out by the plaintiff seeking
amendment in plaint to the extent of deleting name of plaintiff no.1
from the title clause of plaint. Read the affidavit filed in support and
reply filed by advocates for defendants. Heard. Perused the record.
2. Contention raised in the affidavit filed in support of the
Chamber Summons about causing of death of plaintiff no.1 on
17.09.2017 is supported by copy of death certificate hence, I am
inclined to accept the prayer made in the Chamber Summons. Thus, an
order.

Chamber Summons No.1114/18 is allowed.
Plaintiff no.2 is permitted to delete name of plaintiff no.1
from the title clause of the plaint by carrying out necessary amendment
which shall be carried out on or before next date.
