The objection taken by defendant MCGM is that these subsequent events are separate causes of action and therefore, the plaintiff will be at liberty to institute fresh suits in respect thereof. However, in view of O.2 R.3 of The Code of Civil Procedure,1908 several causes of action can be united in the same suit against same defendant. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, the Chamber -- 1 of 2 -- 2 Summons is liable to be allowed and following order. ORDER 1.
