ORDER
This is an application submitted by plaintiff for
condonation of delay of 17 days in filing review petition.
2. Heard ld. Advocate Meena Ruparel for plaintiff/applicant at
sufficient length.

3. Perused one line endorsement of defendant no.1 and 5,
who resisted strongly to condone the delay. Heard ld. Advocate Gandhi
and Sarang for defendants 5 and 1 respectively.
4. It is replied by advocate Ruparel that application for review
was filed by the plaintiff in given time, however, it was returned by the
Court for proper registration and special number to be given. This fact
is admitted by advocate Gandhi. However, he shown his readiness to
decide the review petition on merit without going into technicalities.
5. Both side are ready for argument on review petition.
Plaintiff has submitted that copy of petition is served on all defendants.
It would be appropriate to decide the matter on merit. Hence aforesaid
delay of 17 days is condoned. Hence the order :
ORDER
1. Misc. Application No. 72/2019 is allowed, no order of cost.
2. Impugned delay of 17 days is condoned. Parties to argue
on review petition.
3. M.A.No. 72/19 is disposed off.
