     Perused affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief on behalf of plaintiff. I have gone through, documents tendered below Exhibit 8.
Document at Sr. No.1 is  certified copy of lessee deed dtd. 25.10.1971. The plaintiff is party to the said document. It is submitted by the plaintiff that the original lessee deed is misplaced and therefore, he has placed certified copy on record. The base for tendering secondary form of evidence is clearly made out in the evidence. Primarily, said copy is certified and its contents are duly admitted by the plaintiff. In the circumstance, the certified copy of lessee dtd. 25.10.1971 be read into evidence and marked as Exhibit 9.
Document at Sr. No.2 is office copy of the application dtd. 01.02.2018 and document at Sr. No.3 is OC of letter dtd. 14.02.2018. They are duly issued by the plaintiff, admitting its contents true and content. They also bear acknowedgment of BMC. In the event, both be read into evidence and respectively marked as Exhibit 10 and 11.
Document at Sr. No. 4 is photocopy of letter issued by BMC. Tentatively it is marked Exhibit 12.
Document at Sr. No.5 is OC of letter dtd. 05.10.2018 with Speed post receipt. The letter is sent through RPID on the alliged last known address. It is being duly served. In the event the OC of said letter is marked Exhibit 13 and read into evidence.
Document at Sr. No.6 are assessment bills of excess payment. They are marked at Exhibit No.14(colly).
