plaintiff, defendant No.1 and 3 have settled their disputes
and wants to file consent terms. The plaintiff wants to
defendant No.2 contending that he do not want to proceed
against the defendant No.2. Hence, the application is
allowed. The plaintiff is allowed to name of defendant
No.2. The plaintiff complied with the above order by
deleting name of defendant No.2 from title cause of the
plaint. The plaintiff, defendant No.1 and 3 filed consent
terms. Consent terms are readover and explained to the
plaintiff, defendant No.1 and defendant No.3. They
voluntarily admit and accept the contents of consent terms.
Read the consent terms. The suit is required to be decreed
in terms of consent terms. Hence, I pass the following
order. ORDER 1. Consent terms are read and recorded and
marked as Exh.9. 2. I proceed to pass order below Exh.1.
ORDER BELOW EXH.1 Read the consent terms filed at
Exh.9 and today&amp#039s order passed thereon. The
plaintiff, defendant No.1 and 3 have requested to pass the
decree in terms of consent terms, Exh.9. They have settled
their disputes in terms of the consent terms. Suit is required
to be decreed accordingly. Hence, I pass the following
order. ORDER 1. Suit is decreed in terms of consent terms.
2. Plaintiff is entitled for refund of Court fees as per rules.
