and bring subsequent developments and seeks to amened the facts
regarding the restore of suit structure which were demolished on
26.11.2017.
3. The defendant corporation had not objected the amendment
sought to be carried out in the plaint.

The amendment sought would not prejudice the defendant
corporation nor would change the nature of the suit. The chamber
summons needs to be allowed.
In the result, following order is passed.

2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of the order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
