ORDER BELOW CH/S NO.2707/2024
By way of present Ch/s, plaintiff bank is praying for substitute service by way of paper publication in two local news paper. According to Adv. Shukla, the whereabouts of defendants are not known as house in which they were residing demolished. Gone though the service affidavit Exh.03 which shows when tried to serve the defendants he found the house demolished 4 years back. It seems plaintiff bank tried to serve the defendants, however, as the house is demolished, hence, it is not served. Considering the same, I am of view that defendants can be served by way of substituted service. Hence, following order -
