It is submitted the Ld.advocates of both the sides that the connected suit no.1023/17 is pending in Court Room No.1 which is between the same parties with regard to same property. Ld.advocate for Plaintiff sought time to argue the N/m. It is also pointed out that some of the defendants are dead. The Plaintiff to take steps to that effect. As the connected suit which is prior to the present suit is pending in Court room no.1 it would be appropriate that both the suits shall tried by one court. Under these circumstances, it is necessary that present suit be transferred to Court room no.1 to be tried along with suit No.1023/2017. Registrar is directed to place this matter before Hon\''ble Principal Judge for appropriate orders/directions.
