1. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
and incorporate the issuance of order dated 03.09.2016. It is
contended that during the hearing of notice of motion, the plaintiff had
came to know about the same.
2. Say not filed by the defendant corporation.
3. The plaintiff seeks to bring on record the facts which were not
within their knowledge. The amendment sought would no cause any

prejudice to the defendant corporation nor would change the nature of
the suit. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1092 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
