ORDER
1. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to bring subsequent
facts on record. It is alleged that during the pendency of the suit, the
order dated 12.06.2018 is passed by the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintiff seeks to bring subsequent facts on record by adding
paragraph no. 24(b) and 24(c). Further had sought to add paragraph
Nos. 25(b) and 26(b) and further had sought to amend the prayer
clause in the plaint.
3. The defendant corporation had not objected the amendment

sought be carried out in the plaint.
Admittedly, these are the subsequent facts. The plaintiff is
permitted to amend in the plaint and bring the subsequent facts on
record as sought.
The amendment sought would no cause any prejudice to the
defendant corporation nor would change the nature of the suit.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1093 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of the order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
