FRSR following order is passed ORDER
1.The defendant nos.1 to 3 shall pay Rs.2,85,000/- Rs. Two Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Only to the plaintiff jointly and severally, with interest at the rate of 18 per cent per annum on the principal sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2.The defendant nos. 1 to 3 do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
3.Court fee, if any, be refunded as per the rules.
4.Decree be drawn accordingly.
