ORDER IN CH/S. NO.1382/2019
It is the contentions of the defendants that by Deed of
Cancellation executed between defendant No.4 and 1,
Deed of Transfer dated 18.01.2018 has been cancelled
and therefore defendant No.4 has no concern with the
suit premises. Considering the contentions made in the
chamber summons and no objection of the plaintiff and
defendant No.4 the chamber summons is required to be
allowed hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.1382/2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff is allowed to name of defendant No.4.
3. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint.
4. The defendant No.1 to 3 are also allowed to carry out
necessary amendments related with the subject in their
written statement.
5. Chamber Summons is disposed of accordingly.
