In the case in hand, the defendant has filed suit No.2554/2018. It is
also an admitted fact that now the electricity supply to the suit
premises is restored by the concerned department. As the defendant
to this suit has filed the suit for possession, the main suit ie suit
No.1872/2018 itself can be disposed of as the defendant no.2 to that
suit has followed the process of Law. NO purpose would be served in
keeping this N/m pending, therefore N/m No.3369/2018 stands
disposed of. It be removed from Board.

In the case in hand, the defendant has filed suit No.2554/2018 . As
the defendant to this suit has filed the suit for possession, the main
suit ie suit No.1872/2018 itself can be disposed of as the defendant
no.2 to that suit has followed the process of Law. No purpose would
be served in keeping this N/m pending, therefore N/m No.2372/2018
stands disposed of. It be removed from Board.
Order below 2054/2018
Perused N/m which is supported by an affidavit. The ad interim reliefs
were granted in favour of plaintiff as per order dated 05.05.2018. The
main suit is for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from not
dispossessing the plaintiff without following the process of Law. Now
the defendant no.2 Salim Mansoori has filed the suit for possession
vide No.2554/2018. With consent of both the parties, the ad interim
relief granted on 05.05.2018 shall be continued till the disposal of Suit
No.2554/2018 with this observation, N/m No.2054/2018 stands
disposed of. It be removed from Board
