ORDER BELOW EXH.7 AND EXH.1
Heard. Read application and say. By this application, plaintiffs seek decree on admission under
Order 12 Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs pointed out the
undertaking given by the defendants that they will not remove or alter the sign board of the name of
Garware Sabhagriha put on the outer wall of the fifth floor of the building Fellowship of the
Physically Handicapped and outside the hall and at the entrance gate as agreed by the agreement
dated 08.08.1981. Plaintiffs have attached the extract of resolution of the plaintiff no.1/Trust. The
undertaking vide Exh.6 is also supported by the extract of the resolution of the deft. no.1/Trust. The
relief claimed by the plaintiffs appear to have been satisfied by the undertaking given by the
defendants and therefore, there is no impediment in passing the following order.
ORDER
1. Suit is decreed on admission under Order 12 Rule 6 of the C.P.C.
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
3. Court fees be refunded to the plaintiffs as per Rules.
