Order on NM No. 2761/19 :
perused contents of the NM and heard both sides. From the
roznama of the proceeding, progress of the matter was not
held up by the delay in bringing L.R.s of plaintiff no. 3 on
record. Considering the reasons mentioned in affidavit and in
the interest of justice, NM No. 2761/19 is allowed and made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
Order on C/S No. 510/19 :
Perused C/S, reply thereto and heard both side. By this C/S the
L.R.s of deceased plaintiff no. 3 and plaintiff no. 2 are sought
to be added. As NM No. 2761/19 is granted and delays
condoned , permission is granted to carry out amendment as
prayed in the C/S. Hence, C/S is allowed in terms of prayer
clause (a) thereof. The amendment be carried out on or before
next date and amended copy be served to the other side on or
before next date.
