O R D E R
The petitioner Sandeep Gangaram Kakade is father of minor child
Parijaat. Parijaat is daughter of Sandeep Gangaram Kakade and Renu
Sandeep Kakade. Mother Renu Sandeep Kakade of minor child died on
15.11.2017. Since then the minor child is in the custody of petitioner.
The petitioner is guardian of minor child.
2. It is stated that there is no one to take care of minor child and her
properties. The petitioner has requested to appoint him as guardian for
minor child.

3. Public notice was issued in the daily news paper 'Active Times'
and 'Mumbai Lakshdeep' on 28.12.2022. However no objection is
received after publication of said notice.
4. The child namely Parijaat is minor and unable to manage herself
and her properties. She is residing with petitioner. The petitioner is
ready to attend and maintain her. The averments in the petition, are
supported by affidavit of the petitioner. According to petitioner
biological mother of minor child died on 07.12.2017. The said fact is
supported by documentary evidence. From the averments it is seen that
Parijaat is born on 02.07.2006. No adverse interest of the petitioner is
apparent. Hence I am inclined to appoint the petitioner as a Guardian.
Accordingly, following order is passed.
ORDER
1) The petitioner Sandeep Gangaram Kakade, aged about 56 years is
appointed under the Hindu Minority and Guardian Ship Act, 1956 as a
Guardian for his daughter namely Parijaat and her properties.
The petitioner shall not transfer right of minor child namely
Parijaat in her moveable and immovable properties without the
permission of Court.
2) The petitioner shall furnish to this office in three months at the
close of every financial year an account of the property and assets of
Parijaat in her charge and the sums received and disbursed on account
of his and balance remaining with the petitioner.

3) The petition is allowed and disposed off accordingly.
