This chamber summons is filed by plaintiff to bring legal heirs
of original plaintiff on record.
2. It was submitted that the original plaintiff expired on
25.05.2018. The legal heirs are already on record. Counsel for
defendant gave no objection. Hence, considering the death of original
plaintiff, his name requires to be deleted and legal heirs are to be
brought on record. Hence, considering this I pass the following order.
