	The plaintiff has sought relief of perpetual injunction in view of the apprehension that the defendants intent to demolish the mobile tower without following due process of law. The plaintiff has also sought relief that defendants be directed to decide application for regularization/permission/approval dtd. 20.07.2019.
	Inter alia in view of urgency the plaintiff had taken out NM No. 2875/2019 in which they had temporary injunction in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c) and one of the relief sought is seeking liberty to file online application for regularization of mobile tower.
	The defendant/corporation has filed reply contending that after receipt of application of the plaintiff for regularization they were intimated by virtue of letter dtd. 06.12.2019 to apply for regularization through MCGM online system as per the policy enforce.
	Therefore, now plaintiff ought to be granted opportunity and leave to file online application for regularization. If, the application is allowed then the entire dispute will come to and end.
	In such a contingency the plaintiff is directed to file online application for regularization within 15 days from today and the defendant corporation is directed to pass necessary Order thereof within a reasonable time in a expeditious manner. Therefore earlier Order is continued till next date.
