Ld. counsel for plaintiff submitted that D-1 had expired on 20.04.19 and LR\''s have to be brought on record as defendant no. 1(a) and 1(b) in the plaint in SC suit no. 2619/14, NM 3964/14 and NM 1470/19. Ld. counsel for the proposed LR\''s of defendant no. 1 submitted that he has no objection to allow the NM to the extent of amendment to be carried out in NM 1470/19. The rest of relief prayed in the CS can be considered by the court after deciding NM 1470/19.
In view of the above submissions, CS 1371/19 is partly allowed to the extent of carrying out amendment in NM 1470/19 only. For the rest of the relief CS 1371/19 remain pending. Ld. counsel for plaintiff to carry out the amendment within two weeks and submit copy of amendment NM on record and supply the same to the other side.
