further. Issues are framed on dt.16/11/2019. Since then, the matter is
fixed for recording the evidence of the plaintiff. However, neither the
plaintiff appeared nor recorded his evidence. In such circumstances, it is
just to dismiss the suit for want of prosecution and default in
proceeding with the suit. Hence, following order.
