identified by adv. Ms. Dhamapurkar. The consent Terms are
tendered and are TOR and marked as Exh.4. The Plaintiff as
well as defendants submitted that they have gone through
the contents of Consent Terms Exh. 4 and have signed it
after understanding the contents thereof. They submit that
they are accepting the terms of Consent Terms Exh.4.
Advocate for Plaintiff and defendant submits that the suit
may simply be disposed of without ordering drawing up
decree. Hence the order ORDER 1. In view of the
settlement arrived at by the parties, the suit is disposed of
with no order as to costs. 2. Bill of Costs be prepared
accordingly.
