hereby passed against defendant nos. 3 to 5 Draft Chamber
Summons alongwith affidavit in support taken out by the
plaintiff no. 2. t.o.r. Leave granted to register. It appears that
plaintiff no. 1 who is brother of plff no. 2 expired on
25.03.2018. After his demised, plaintiff no. 2 wants to bring
on record legal heirs of deceased plaitniff no. 1. Ch/s has been
taken out within a period of limitation. Hence, Ch/s is to be
made absolute. With this I proceed to pass the following
order. Order 1. Draft Chamber Summons is made absolute in
terms of prayer clause (a). 2. Plaintiff no. 2 is directed to
carry out amendment as per the schedule on or before next
date and further directed to place on record amended copy of
the plaint. 3. Accordingly draft chamber summons stands
disposed of. Matter is adjd. to 20.07.2018 compliance by the
plff/ issues.
