2 By the present application, the applicants have prayed to
transfer above matter from C.R. No.56 to C.R. No.12. It appears that the
present applicants have filed review petition against the order passed by
this court on 22nd March,2018.

3 Mr.Rajesh M. Patil, learned counsel for applicants, submit that
C.R. no.12 is special court taking matters for MHADA authorities. He
states that he has very good case on merits. He want to continue the
application/ review petition.
4 None present for respondents.
5 Strictly speaking, in view of provision of Section 24 of Code of
Civil Procedure this court not being a Principal Court of original
justification, has no power to transfer any civil proceedings from one court
to another on the judicial side.
6 In view of above, the present application can be treated as an
application given on the administrative side and in the administrative
capacity the undersigned, in order to meet the ends of justice, thinks it
proper to allow the application.
7 Hence, the following order:

Transfer Application No.182/19 is allowed.
Delay Condonation Application no.604/18 in Review Petition
Stamp No.11453/18 in Suit No.2606/09 pending in C.R. No.56 stands
transferred to C.R. no.12.
