This chamber summons is filed by plaintiff to bring the legal
heirs of deceased plaintiff no. 3 on record.
2. Counsel for plaintiff submitted that plaintiff no. 3 had died on
26.03.2018. Due to this the legal heirs are required to be brought on
record. Death Certificate is filed on record. Defendant submitted that he
is unaware regarding the death of plaintiff no. 3 and his legal heirs.
3. Upon considering the hearing and death certificate is filed on

record and also considering the right to sue survives chamber summons
can be allowed. Accordingly, I pass the following order.
: ORDER :
1. Chamber Summons No.1056 of 2018 is made absolute in
terms of prayer clause (a).

per law.
