Heard. Perused documents. Perused order passed on 10.04.2018. No doubt prima facie documents produced by the Plaintiff, nowhere discloses authenticity of the structure, but he has submitted that he will produce documents in respect of suit structure to show that it is in the slum and protected structure.
Order passed discloses that designated officer has not given reasons for denying the each and every documents on the ground of want of proof of authenticity. As per the directions given by Hon\''ble High Court it is expected that the defendant should pass speaking order by giving detail reasons. Hence it is directed to the defendant to consider the reply and documents already submitted and if further submitted within a week, pass a fresh speaking order and till then not to take any coercive action. With above directions it is just to dispose of N/M. Hence draft N/M stands disposed of and it be registered for statistical purpose.
