that construction of new Bhudda Vihar has been completed in the said premises Adv for Defendant
no. 1 has made submissions that Defendant no. 1 handover possession of respective flats to the
respective tenants as per the orders of MHADA, after obtaining occupancy certificate from BMC.
Considering statements made by adv for Defendant no. 1, and in view of consent of adv for the
Plaintiff, present N/M no. 2722/19 stands disposed of. Matter is adjd. to 11.10.2019 for statement of
admission and denial of the documents of the Plaintiff/ hearing on the documents by the plff/ for
cross-examination of PW-1 by the deft.
