ORDER
The plaintiffs alongwith their advocates are absent though
called repeatedly. Record and Roznama of the suit shows that the
plaintiffs are absent since from dated 29.01.2019. Neither they
appeared nor taken steps to proceed further. Issues are framed on dt.
21.03.2020. However, even prior to the framing of issues and
subsequent thereto the plaintiffs remained absent. Matter is fixed for
recording the evidence of the plaintiffs. However, neither the plaintiffs
appeared nor recorded their evidence. In such circumstances, it is just to
dismiss the suit for want of prosecution and default in proceeding with
the suit. Hence, following order.
ORDER
1. L.C. Suit No.1612 of 2018 stands dismissed in default.
2. Proceedings is closed.
