Perused the contents in the Chamber summons, perused the death certificate of Naresh Babulal Shah who was the plaintiff No.3 in the suit.As he is expired, therefore, his name is required to be deleted -- 1 of 3 -- Ch.s.1026/2018 Suit No.5830/2005 2 from the title clause and in his place, the name of Shri.Harshad Chandrakant Shah is required to be impleaded.
