ORDER Adoption Petition No.309 of 2018 is allowed as under - 1.It is hereby declared that petitioner Mr. Rohit Kewal Krishan is the adoptive father of minor male child Rishi and henceforth child by name Rishi is the son of Applicant and Respondent. 2.The concerned Municipal Authorities of BMC are directed to issue Birth Certificate of Master Rishi Rohit Krishan who born on 15/1/2005 showing the name of Petitioner Rohit Kewal Krishan as his father and Respondent Ritika Rohit Krishan as his mother. 3.The Education Inspector, South Zone, Parel, Mumbai is directed to effect change of name of the minor Rishi from Rishi Rambabu Ray to Rishi Rohit by directing / ordering the St. Xavier&amp#039s High School, Mumbai to do so in its school record where the minor, Master Rishi is presently studying. 4.Petitioner is directed to invest Rs.1,00,000/-as one time premium either in LIC or in any Nationalized Bank in the name of minor child Rishi Rohit and to nominate him in his property and other investment if any, within three months from the date of this order. 5.Applicant is further permitted to apply to pass-port authorities and all other Government/Semi Government authorities in respect of issuance of Pan Card, Aadhar Card and all other necessary documents in the name of Rishi Rohit. 6.The applicant being adoptive father of the minor child is permitted to move the adoptive child out of jurisdiction of this Court. 7.Adoption Petition is hereby disposed off.
