passed. ORDER Adoption Petition No.310 of 2018 is
allowed as under- 1.It is hereby declared that petitioner Mr.
Rohit Kewal Krishan is the adoptive father minor male
child Raj Ray and henceforth child by name Raj Ray is the
son of Applicant and Respondent. 2.The concerned
Municipal Authorities of BMC are directed to issue Birth
Certificate of Master Raj Rohit Krishan who born on
17/7/2002 showing the name of Petitioner Rohit Kewal
Krishan as his father and Respondent Ritika Rohit Krishan
as his mother. 3.The concerned authority of the
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary And Higher
Secondary Education is directed to change the name of
minor Master Raj from Raj Rambabu Ray to Raj Rohit in
the Mark Sheets and the School Leaving Certificate of SSC
Board, 2018 where the minor Raj was studying. 4.The
Deputy Director Of Education, Mumbai Region, Mumbai is
directed to change the name of the minor Raj Ray from Raj
Rambabu Ray to Raj Rohit in the College record of
Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan&amp#039s Hazarimal Somani
College of Arts and Science where the minor Raj is
presently studying in the 1st year junior college (F.Y.J.C.).
5.Petitioner is directed to invest Rs.1,00,000/-as one time
premium either in LIC or in any Nationalized Bank in the
name of minor child Raj Rohit and to nominate him in his
property and other investment if any, within three months
from the date of this order. 5.Applicant is further permitted
to apply to pass-port authorities and all other
Government/Semi Government authorities in respect of
issuance of Pan Card, Aadhar Card and all other necessary
documents in the name of Raj Rohit. 6.The applicant being
adoptive father of the minor child is permitted to move the
adoptive child out of jurisdiction of this Court. 7.Adoption
Petition is hereby disposed off.
