Adv for defendant submits that the defendant be allowed to take meetings for doing some Administrative works or statutory compliance in respect of filling of Income Tax Return and Salary and in respect of payment of Service Taxes etc. The defendant is at liberty to take meetings for such administrative and statutory works. However the respondent shall not taken any policy decisions till next date. The Ld. Adv for defendant has given no objection on Exh.7 for transferring the suit to the City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division. In view of this the matter is transferred City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division. The Registry to take appropriate steps in this regards. The parties shall appearance before City Civil Court, Dindoshi Division on 02.03.2019. In this terms Exh.7 stands disposed of.
