ORAL ORDER
1. This Notice of Motion is taken out by the plaintiff for
extension of time to carry out amendment in compliance of order dated
12.03.2020 passed in Chamber Summons No.482/2020.
2. Perused the Notice of Motion. Heard advocates for the
parties at the length.
3. It is contended by the plaintiff that during the pendency of
the suit, defendant no.1 was expired on 01.12.219 leaving behind the
respondents as her only legal heirs and representatives. It is further
contended by the plaintiff that Chamber summons taken out by the

plaintiff and same was made absolute on 12.03.2020. Thereafter,
national lockdown was declared and plaintiff was unable to comply the
above direction. Due to Covid pandemic he was unable to carry out
amendment in the above matter.
4. The reason given for delay in complying the order is
satisfactory. Therefore, extension of time is required to be given for
complying the order passed in Chamber Summons No.482/2020.
Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No.2280/2021 is allowed.
2. Time is extended to carry out amendment in compliance
of order dated 12.03.2020 passed in Chamber Summons
No. 482/2020.
3. The Notice of Motion No.2280/2021 is disposed off.
