ORAL ORDER
1. This application is filed for amendment in the Plaint for
changing the name of the plaintiff company.
2. It was submitted by the plaintiff that in the year 2005 the
name of plaintiff company was changed. However, due to ill health of
the learned counsel of the plaintiff the necessary amendment could not
be carried out. Thereafter, the matter was transferred to this Court.
However, after getting instruction the present application has been
filed.
3. The defendant failed to reply the present application.
4. Heard Ld Counsel for plaintiff and perused the documents
annexed there to. It appears that a fresh certificate was issued after the
change in the name of plaintiff company. The Propose amendment is
necessary for the fair trial of the Suit and it would not change the
nature of the Suit and therefore, I proceed to pass this order
ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons No. 1311 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The Plaintiff to carry out the Propose amendment and amend the

Plaint accordingly within 14 days of this order.
3. No order as to costs.
