2. By this Chamber Summons the applicants seeks to
amend the plaint. The applicants seeks to bring the legal
heirs of deceased plaintif who had died on 16.01.2019.

3. The chamber summons is opposed by the defendant
corporation.
4. The chamber summons is moved in June, 2019 i.e. within
the period of limitation. In the interest of justices, chamber
summons needs to be allowed. In the result, following order is
passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 1307 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary
amendment in the plaint within 14 days from date of
order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed of.
