Plff seeking directions against the deft. BMC to direct the deft Corporation to comply the guidelines give and Writ Petition no. 1135/14. It is pertinent to note that the present suit is not filed challenging the notice issued by Corporation of U/Sec 354 of M.M.C Act. Adv. Giri submitted that corporation already complied their part and prepared list in respect of occupant and area in their possession. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the said documents on record before passing any interim order. Other relief prayed by the plff shows inter say dispute between plff and deft no. 1 to 3. therefore issue show cause notice to the deft by interim protection as prayed by the plff can not be granted in her favour
