factory is closed. Same is contention of his Counsel. The
Plaintiff has filed the purshis. The plaintiff came to be
examined in open Court wherein he stated that he does not
want to proceed with the Suit. The Suit is liable to be disposed
of hence, I am inclined to pass the following order. ORDER 1.
The Suit bearing No. L.C.Suit No. 1578/2019 stands dismissed
for want of prosecution. 2. No any order as to Costs. 3. Notice
of Motion No. 2660/2019 stands dismissed accordingly.
