ORDER
1. The Summary suit no. 925 of 2019 is decreed with costs.
2. Defendant shall pay amount of Rs.7,63,835.61/-(Rupees Seven Lacs Sixty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Five and Sixty One Paise Only) to the plaintiff along with interest at the rate of 9 percent per annum on the principal amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lacs Only) from the date of filing suit till its actual realisation.
