The plaintiff alleges that the defendant/MCGM is threatening to demolish the suit premises without passing order after considering reply dtd. 10.07.2019 to the notice dtd. 26.06.2019 U/s 351 of MMC Act.  The defendant/MCGM being a local authority is duty bound to pass order before taking any coercive action hence ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is granted till passing of the order by defendant/MCGM after considering reply of the plaintiff dtd. 10.07.2019.  If such order will be adverse to plaintiff\''s interest the same shall not be enforced for a period of one week from service of said order to the plaintiff.
