Ld. counsel for defendant no. 1 to 6, 8 and 9 submitted that in the roznama dated 26.09.19, there has been some error/typographical mistake, which need to be corrected. In the said roznama reflected that the Ld. counsel for defendant sought an adjournment, which is not correct infact he was ready for hearing on the same date or any short date. Admittedly matter had come up before the court around 5.00 pm and hearing was not likely to take place for want of time. Hence, he prayed that necessary correction be made in the roznama dated 26.09.19.
After hearing both sides, the application at Ex-3 is allowed. Roznama dated 26.09.2019 is corrected and it is clarified that on 26.09.2019 matter was adjourned for want of time and not the request of Ld. counsel for defendant.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submitted that Adv. Dalal is appearing on behalf of plaintiff and he engaged in another matter and enable to attend the court today.
