ORAL ORDER
1. The present Chamber Summons is taken out by plaintiff for

2 CS 1290 of 19 in Summary Suit no. 1027of 16
issuance of writ summons to the defendant by way of substituted
service.
2. It was submitted by the plaintiff that the whereabout of
defendant are not traceable. Therefore, the defendant could not be
served. The plaintiff therefore, prayed for substituted service. It seems
that inspite of several efforts, the defendant could not be served by way
of ordinary summons. It is therefore, necessary to serve the defendant
by way of substituted service. Hence, the order
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no. 1290 of 2019 is allowed.
2. Issue writ of summons to the defendant by way of substituted
service by paper publication as per rules under order 5 Rule 20 of CPC.
3. The plaintiff shall bear the expenses.
