is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). As per the
report Ex.02 of Asst. Registrar, PLA section, Account
Department, City Civil Court, Mumbai dt. 16/06/2018
amount transfer from Hon&amp#039ble High Court is
now kept in Andhra Bank, Fort Branch in Mumbai, in FDR
which matured on 29/06/2018 of Rs.3,26,450/- alongwith
further interest be return to the deft no.1 who is authorized
on behalf of Deft. no.2 and 3 on proper verification and
compliance. No order to costs. Case paper be filed.
