side. Advocate for plaintiff endorsed say on draft NM. The plaintiff
has tendered reply contending as the defendant are ready to follow
due process of law NM be allowed. In view of above contention of
the plaintiff draft NM is allowed and the defendant is granted to
file reply. The draft NM is disposed of. The draft NM be registered
for statistical purpose.

O- Filed. Copy is supplied to the other side. In the suit plaintiff has
sought relief of injunction restraining the defendant from initiating
action till eligibility is decided for permanent accommodation. But
today defendant has filed affidavit contending that they are ready
to give permanent accommodation to plaintiff on the basis of
eligibility and they are ready to follow due process of law. In view
of above statement suit is disposed of as settled. Pending NM No.
2213/2018 is also disposed of in view of above Order.
