Advocate for Defendant no.1 fairly submitted that prior to the starting of dispute between parties, Defendant no.1 used to give the cheque of rent in the hands of Plaintiff. It seems that Defendant no.1, after starting of dispute is handing over cheque of rent to Defendant no.4 to 6 with the intention that they should support Defendant no.1. As Defendant no.1 was previously handing over cheques of rent to Plaintiff, Defendant no.1 has no right to dis-continue said practice and to hand over the cheque to Defendant no.4 to 6. It seems that Defendant no.1 is trying to raise dispute between Plaintiff and Defendant no.4 to 6, hence Defendant no.1 is directed to deposit the rent amount of suit premises in the court without prejudice to the right of Plaintiff or Defendant no.4 to 6 and court will decide that whether said amount should be given to Plaintiff or Defendant nos.4 to 6.
