pending for registration. The plaintiff has been
repeatedly directed to get register the suit. But
plaintiff has not complied said order. Since last 3
dates neither plaintiff nor his advocate remained
present and not complied the order. Therefore the
matter is kept for dismissal of NM as well as suit
but even today none appeared for the plaintiff. This
show that plaintiff is not interested to proceed with
the suit. Therefore, I have no option but to dismiss
the suit, hence following order is passed. ORDER
NM No. 2199/2018 is dismissed for default and
Suit Stamp no. 7261/2018 is dismissed for want of
compliance. Suit be registered for statistical
purpose.
