Mr Sanjay Gaikwad, Vice President of plaintiff present and tendered
application for withdrawal of suit alongwith copy of AADHAR card
for identification. Said application is TOR and marked as Exh.6.
ORDER ON EXH.6 -
I have gone through the verification of the Suit, it shows that plaintiff has
verified the suit and signed the plaint. Plaintiff has shown his AADHAR card
for identification, therefore plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit. He has
admitted the contents and his signature over the withdrawal application, hence
L.C. Suit No.1722/2016 is disposed off as withdrawn. Proceeding is closed.
In view of disposed off suit, NM NO.2571/2019 stands disposed off
accordingly.
Plaintiff is directed to tender original NM NO.2571/2019 along-with
affidavit in support thereof for office record.
