Heard advocate bhosale. He prayed for extension of earlier order. The suit No. 213/18 came to be disposed on 30.01.2018.  In the said order it is observed that if the speaking order is adverse to the interest of the plff then no coercive action will be taken for period of one week from the date of communication of speaking order. The plff claims that speaking order served upon him on 09.06.2018.  Therefore, by virtue of order passed on 30.01.2018 the protection was available to the plff till 15.06.2018.  Thereafter, matter was posted on 15.06.2018 before in-charge Court and the earlier order was continued till toady.  Since the interim protection was given till 15.06.2018 the question of extension of said order when the suit itself is disposed of under order 39 rule 1 not arises this.  The Ld counsel for plff. placed reliance on observations made by the Hon\''ble High court in case of T. Panneerselvam V/s A. Baylis in which the Hon\''ble Madras Court observed that in the interest of Justice the interim protection can be given u/s 151 of C.P.C.  The plff filed N/m for restoration of  Suit No. 213/18.  The interim order is continued till today.  Therefore, the said earlier order continued till filing reply.
